Pompeii
Pompeiano Bianco I.G.T.
Golden shades to the nose with apricot and broom notes, driven by
mineral hints. On the palate, the maceration gives roundness, while the
delicate roughness of the savoury tones deepens and lengthens the wine.
Serve with fresh and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with a sea-scented risotto or with asparagus and mushrooms. Try it with a chickpea soup of Cicerale or Fagioli di Controne.
