Till these days Bosco De’ Medici has always maintained a family and artisanal character. The choices made in the vineyard and in the cellar are always aimed to the respect the territory and the pursuit of excellence in the final product.
The organic management of the vineyards, together with production of high quality grapes, is intended to protecting the places where people who work at the cellar have always been living. This is the philosophy that accompanies the team of BdM in every steps of the production, from the bunch to the bottle. They make their wines, following natural processes in the simplest way possible, and respecting the lessons of those who came before. The use of terracotta amphoras represents the attempt to make a connection between past and present, when ancient wine making traditions blend with modern winemaking techniques.
