Pompeii
Pompeiano Rosso I.G.T.
Small berries and cherry, accompany the typical Piedirosso markers:
Geranium and Iris. On the palate it has female tones and an acidic
and savoury taste that in the imaginary recalls the volcanic moors.
Perfect with medium aged pecorino and goat cheeses. Also suitable with a good meat sauce or with the classic Neapolitan sauté.
